Josh McGrath is a lifelong resident of West Virginia. Licensed at 18 years old, Josh has now been selling real estate for more than 20 years. He obtained his Brokers license at 21, making him one of the youngest licensed brokers in West Virginia’s history. Josh and his business partner Angie were the top selling team in their local market for many years. They opened Real Estate Central in 2005 which has grown to be one of the largest real estate firms in the market with seven office locations and over 100 licensed sales agents.

Josh has been teaching Continuing Education to West Virginia agents since 2011. The main focus with his real estate firm is the education and training of the agents. Josh has served as President of the Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS®, Director for the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® and is currently serving as Vice President of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS®. Josh is a 2022 graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Josh has been awarded REALTOR® of the Year in both 2007 and 2013 by the Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS®, State REALTOR® of the Year in 2016 and was named one of West Virginia’s Top 40 under 40 in 2016.
